  • Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details about the item in your email.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping:
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package.
Refund Process:
  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  • If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original method of payment within 3 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
